Once you place an order your pairs would be shipped within 5-7 working days.
Though we use some of India’s most trusted logistics partners for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
We offer Free shipping within India for Prepaid orders, and For COD orders, we charge a shipping fee of INR 120 for orders within India.
All exchanges can either be sent back to our office at GG-1/10-A, VIKASPURI, NEW DELHI -110018, or a reverse pickup service can be availed via us. We charge a non-refundable fee of INR 100 on a reverse pickup request.
After the order is placed, a unique tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or SMS so that you can use it to track your merchandise at any time. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number here.
Order modifications are permitted until the order has been dispatched. You can email us your order ID at care@theagletstory.com or give us a call at our customer support number +91-88260-22280 along with the changes you require in your order.
COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation. ● Please note, two attempts will be made to confirm the order, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will marked be as cancelled.
Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
Custom orders will have different fulfilment timelines, which would be discussed with the customer prior to order finalisation.
