RETURNS & EXCHANGE
In the case of exchange, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by the invoice.
Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of the order delivered. An exchange request after seven days of the merchandise being delivered will not be honored.
if you have received an order in damaged condition, please send us at least three images at care@theagletstory.com within 24hours of receiving the merchandise. It will be reviewed by our quality assurance team and our customer care team will get in touch with you with an appropriate solution, .
Exchanges can either be sent to us at GG-1/10-A,VIKASPURI, NEW DELHI-110018, or you can choose to avail a reverse pickup service via us. In case of a reverse pickup service, a Rs100 fee will be charged to the customer.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.
Please note that the discounted merchandise can only be exchanged once with a similar size/colour or a different size/colour of the same merchandise.
We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders & any custom orders.
Please Note- During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
