International Shipping Policy

The Aglet Story ships orders worldwide from India. The following are our international shipping policies:

• Exchanges and Returns
  We do not accept exchanges or returns/refunds on international orders. Please choose your products carefully before placing your order.
• Customs Duties and Import Taxes
  Any Import duties/Custom Duties applicable will be borne by the customer and The Aglet Story will not be responsible for it. Any additional charges must be paid by the customer  in order for your package to clear customs.
• Shipping Timeframes
  We typically take about 10-20 days to deliver international orders depending on the destination country. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• Payment modes
  Only Prepaid method of payment Is available for international orders.
